  Knowledgable, experienced, professional and competitive in pricing. I have used Universe within the last couple of years for an entire new heating system and Air Conditioning system and after just meeting with Paul I am getting ready to use them again for a gas line hook up for my stove. They are my go to with great service every time! I highly recommend.

  We hired Universe to do an oil-to-gas conversion on our home. They did an amazing job! Everything was done in one day at a reasonable price. The entire scope of the job was to remove the old furnace and hot water heater, remove the oil tank, install new furnace and water heater, install coil and condenser for central air, and install a chimney liner. I was impressed with the work they did and how quickly the team worked. Bob was our sales rep and he was very kind and helpful through the whole ordeal. All the appliances came with a five year warranty as well. We've had the new system in place for about two months and have not had any issues with it. Looking forward to using the central air in the summer!

  We found Universe online, as both our refrigerator-freezer and a basement freezer were having problems, so we wanted to get them serviced. We're very happy we called them. They were professional, thorough and scrupulously honest. This was one of those situations where I wouldn't know what repairs really were needed, but they made sensible recommendations that I appreciated. I definitely will be calling Universe again the next time we need appliance service!
