- Scott Farrell★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable and efficient. (update )Yesterday I realized I was out of my medication. When I called Charlie's Family Pharmacy they said to come in. They close at 8 and I saw that I wouldn't be there until about 8:04. I asked if they could wait a few moments for me and I was told that they wouldn't do that. I went anyway in the hopes that someone would still be there so I could fill my medication. When I got there the door was locked but someone was still inside. I knocked on the window and they refused to even acknowledge that they heard the knock. I didn't think asking for someone to wait an extra five minutes was so out of the realm of possibility. This is the reason that I use mom and pop shops instead of the big stores. I was highly disappointed in the result when I asked for a little consideration at Charlie's.
